The Residences at Hotel Viridian is a private residence club offering fractional ownership of 160 feet of Gulf-front Florida Real Estate. Members will own a fractional interest in the Beneficial Land Trust supported by a marketable deed. Residence club usage is a function of the points program which assigns a point value on each club Residence measured per night based on the designated season of desired travel, Residence size and location relative to the Gulf of Mexico. Points are issued annually based the member’s initial ownership investment. Owners may buy additional points or sell their points within the ownership of the trust. |
